We hear and see "Go Red" for the month of February. What does it really mean? I've heard some say "It doesn't apply to me, I don't have a heart problem." Dangerous words. We all have a heart and "Go Red" is a great reminder to focus on what it takes for us to Be Well.

By focusing on EATING WELL, MOVING WELL and THINKING WELL (Dr. Chestnut research), we are accomplishing a great portion of "Go Red."
